Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region is a nonprofit, community-based organization driven by a simple but powerful vision: a world where every person has the opportunity to learn, work, and thrive in all aspects of life. Many of the people Goodwill serves face steep barriers—poverty, unstable housing, justice system involvement, outdated skills, disabilities, and more. That’s why Goodwill’s staff seeks to meet people where they are, offering the training, support, and job placement services they need to move forward.
Goodwill provides job training and career support services in 15 Washington counties, operates three Work Opportunity Centers (in Tacoma, Longview, and Union Gap), and has a fully-licensed Vocational School. We serve more than three thousand jobseekers every year through our programs and services. Our mission is made possible by community donations, purchases, and partnerships – for which we are deeply grateful.
